Arrived at condominium complex today and found the chillers covered with cottonwood seed. We cleaned system and installed PreVent filter screens to stop build-up of debris on the chiller air intakes. The filters are custom sized, and easily mounted over large areas of the chiller system. Cleaning maintenance will be reduced significantly, and can be quickly done with a broom, brush or shop vacuum. Units will run with steadier efficiency curve and significantly reduce time spent cleaning the units.n
